The Washington Council of Fly Fishers International in cooperation with the Mountlake Terrace Recreation and Parks Department will hold a Fly Casting Fair at Ballinger Park in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. Classes will be offered for general and spey casting as well as classes and demonstrations in fly-tying. There will also be a walk-in casting clinic and a special curriculum in casting skills development.
